There is an area on the upper floor that features a carpeted lounge area, the kitchen, and a balcony. The entire lounge area on the upper floor is complete with beautiful hardwood furnishings.
Getting a closer look of the kitchen, the appliances are fully updated, featuring a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The hardwood furnishings complement the kitchen as well in addition to the dark patterned floor tiles.
The outdoor patio area is a balcony extension from the upper floor of the houseboat. It features an outdoor seating area that is similar to a ‘bar’ with metal chairs.
Not to mention the balcony also overlooks the entire Marina. This, pictured above, would be your view. Nothing like breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the water!
