It’s easy to miss out on these special coins because they often get mixed in with the rest. It’s important to keep your eye out for these different, meaningful coins because their vintage details might just fill your wallet up faster with actual dollar bills!

1. 1894-S Barber Dime

Apparently, only nine 1894-S Barber Dimes are said to exist in the world. This makes them so rare that they go for millions of dollars. A coin collector paid $2 million for this coin in 2016!

2. 1955 Double Die Penny

This blurry coin was made in 1955 when a few thousand double died pennies were released. This happened after an alignment issue during the minting process, which resulted in double words. It could be worth $1,800 if in decent condition.

3. 2007 “Godless” Presidential Coin

The George Washington dollar coins were accidentally minted without the usual coin motto “In God We Trust” and it’s now worth hundreds to thousands of dollars for that reason.

4. 1804 Draped Bust Silver Dollar – Class I

This 19th-century coin goes for millions of dollars. One of the coins was auctioned off for $3.7 million and another for $4.14 million. However, there’s only about fifteen of these left in the world.
