Brigitte Nielsen Welcomed Her 5th Baby (And First Daughter) At 54 Years Old

Danish actress Brigitte Nielsen is a mother once again. She gave birth to her first daughter and 5th child at 54 years old.

Brigitte and her husband Mattia Dessi welcomed their first. They named her Frida. She was 5 pounds and 9 ounces at birth.

Mattia is Nielsen’s fifth husband. They have been married since 2006. Nielsen has four other children — all sons — from previous marriages. Her first son, Julian Winding, is 35, Killian Marcus Nielsen is 29, Douglas Aaron Meyer is 25, and Raoul Ayrton Meyer, Jr. is 24.

Nielsen posted a photo on Instagram of her son Killian as a baby. She also posted a picture of herself with three of her sons as a throwback photo. Perhaps she was feeling nostalgic in the days right up to the birth of her daughter.

Nielsen is famous for her roles in movies such as Rocky IV, Beverly Hills Cop II, and Red Sonja. She has also starred in several television shows, including reality shows. The multi-talented actress, singer, and model has not shared any pictures of baby Frida yet.

It seems the married couple is happier than ever to welcome their baby girl. Nielsen announced on Instagram in May that she was pregnant, but she received mixed feedback because of her age. The criticism didn’t stop the couple from posting more pictures together looking happy, including some of Mattia touching her baby bump.

It seems she had a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth. Her last pregnancy was over 23 years ago. Can you believe that? We hope they share some baby photos soon!
