Through connections she made with friends, Des Barres began getting closer to well-known musicians and she even found herself babysitting Frank Zappa’s kids. Des Barres made herself a big name in the Rock and Roll scene and ended up linked to musicians such as Keith Moon, Jim Morrison, and Jimmy Page. The star of Baywatch had a very notable love of rockstars. Anderson was first married to Tommy Lee from Motley Crue in the late 1990s and they had two children. She was also linked to the singer Bret Michaels. Since her partying days, Anderson has calmed down and is now an animal rights activist.

17. Pleather

The Frisky

In contrast to every other groupie on our list, this one happens to be male. While male groupies do not get quite as much attention as their female counterparts, they do exist. Pleather was a mysterious groupie that found himself hanging around some notable stars. He was particularly interested in Courtney Love and the female band The Bangles. While no one was quite sure what his goal was, Pleather was well known as a groupie for over ten years.
