7. Your eyes can tell when you’re too cold

Your eyes feel the cold just like the rest of your body, but the way they react is a little strange. When you’re suffering from hypothermia, the blood vessels in your eyes will constrict in an effort to save energy, which can cause temporary blindness.

This will make the bone in your nose move back and forth, loosen your nasal passages and clear your sinuses quickly.

If you sleep on your left side, you’re less likely to suffer from heartburn as the angle of your stomach and esophagus will help prevent stomach acid from making it’s way up your throat. If this isn’t a good excuse for that nap, I don’t know what is!

11. Your nose can work like a time machine

I can’t guarantee that it’ll work as well as the Tardis or Doc’s Delorean, but your nose can take you on a trip through time all by itself. If you smell something that reminds you of a specific time, your brain will automatically help you to remember that time more clearly.
