If it costs less than $10, it isn’t real, folks. The legitimate balsamic and vinegar costs actually range from $75- $400.00! The cheaper versions are made with wine vinegar and are colored to appropriate shading so they look legit.
Casu Marzu
The title literally translates to: “Rotten Cheese”. It is known as a sheep’s cheese. It is fermented beyond the typical stage of decomposition. It even contains LIVING MAGGOTS! Ew!
Nutmeg
It is a spice is used in most Nutmegfoods, however what you probably didn’t know is that like poppy seeds, nutmeg is actually a hallucinogen when taken in gigantic doses.
