Throughout Daniel’s adventures in the movie, Lucille is always there to provide her teenage boy all the support he needs to be successful. When Lucille’s computer job doesn’t work out, she swiftly finds a job opening at a local restaurant and is soon made into a manager. Lucille is a true example of a devotional working-class mother.
