A 3-year-old girl baked and delivered cookies to first responders who have been working the frontlines of the pandemic. Mia Villa has been somewhat of a professional baker since she was just 18 months old. Her mom has been able to help her whip up 1,000 delicious cookies to deliver to first responders. She’s delivered them to hospital staff, supermarket employees, veterinarians, and fire and police departments.
“The world was feeling down and we needed some kindness,” her mom, Devin Villa, says. “I thought, ‘Who doesn’t love a chocolate chip cookie?’ This little 3-year-old could spread smiles and I hope it teaches her lessons.”
Through her official Facebook page, “Mia’s Cookie Jar,” her followers help her in suggesting where she should deliver her amazing cookies next! “We’ve gone as far as an hour away from home to deliver them,” mom says. “They’re so excited to see her, so thankful for what she’s doing.”

Of course, the Facebook post was met with nothing but positive reactions. “Mia, you are an amazing little girl!” someone says. Another writes, “Mia is the cutest “Cookie Queen”!
As an additional ‘thank you’ Mia also includes a hand-drawn picture with every delivery. How sweet is this little one?! Check out the video below to learn more about what Mia and her mom are doing during these times.
