They said, “We truly believe that there is no movie-viewing experience like the one enjoyed in theatres. In the film, Tom Cruise will return as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell. Maverick is now training Top Gun graduates for a special mission. Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller) is one of the graduates. He is the son of “Goose,” Maverick’s best friend who passed away. Maverick will reportedly face his fears in a brand-new, crazy mission. There is also reportedly a new romance for Maverick in the film.

Val Kilmer returns and the film also stars Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, and Ed Harris. Tom Cruise previously said, “It’s gonna be a competition film, like the first one. And it’s gonna be in the same vein, the same tone as the first one. But a progression for Maverick.”
