It’s The Lake House From What About Bob!

The lake house where Bob Wiley (Bill Murray) intrudes on his psychiatrist Dr. Leo Marvin’s (Richard Dreyfuss) family vacation is said to be on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. But the house used in the movie is actually located on Smith Mountain Lake in Wirtz, Virginia (Hooked on Houses). It looks like a nice place to relax and find some peace of mind, but hopefully, in Dr. Leo’s case, with no visits from Bob.
