Madonna has revealed that she tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) antibodies. She now realizes that she likely had coronavirus while on tour in Paris. She thought she just had a bad flu at the time. For instance, Madonna recently shared an image of a news article, reporting that she has helped raise billions of dollars for the vaccine.
She wrote, “I’m grateful that I can be a part of supporting Research to Find the cure for COVID-19!! 🙏🏼 And just to clear things up for people who would rather believe sensationalist headlines than do their own research about the nature of this virus— I am not currently sick.”
She shared her experience: “When you test positive for anti-bodies it means you HAD the virus which I clearly did as I was sick at the end of my tour in Paris over 7 weeks ago along with many other artists in my show but at the time. We all thought we had a very bad flu. Thank God we are all healthy and well now. I hope that clears things up for the bandwagon jumpers!! Knowledge is Power! #covid19”

Unfortunately, the CDC has recently shared that even if you test positive for the coronavirus antibodies, which means you were exposed to the virus, you do not necessarily have immunity. There are now reports of people getting sick twice.
We will stay tuned as more research is done, but thank you to Madonna and other world leaders for donating to the vaccine research! Glad to hear that she is healthy and doing well. In conclusion, hear her sing a “Vogue” parody below:
