It might be a confusing and scary time for many, but Dolly Parton has offered up some encouraging and hopeful words during this time. She shared a video to her Instagram account recently, talking about everything that’s been going on lately. She urges everyone to “keep the faith.”

“Don’t be too scared, it’s going to be all right. God loves you,” she says in the video. Of course, in true Parton fashion, she began the video with her usual charisma and positive attitude. “Well hello! It’s Dolly. Climbing the stairway to heaven because this virus has scared the H-E-L-L out of us,” she sings at the beginning of the video. “I’m not making light out of the situation. Well, maybe I am because it’s the light, I believe, that’s going to dissolve the situation. I think God is in this, I really do.”
