While Disney Theme Parks Are Closed, You Can Virtually Ride Attractions On YouTube

Currently, all of Disney‘s theme parks are closed until at least March 31, 2020. This has not happened since Disneyland began in 1955! The parks are closed for the time being due to the recent coronavirus outbreak. The cancellations came during a busy Spring Break season. No word on if the closures will extend beyond March yet.

As many families had to cancel their Disney trips, kids and adults alike are very disappointed. However, sometimes you just have to try to make the best out of a bad situation! For those who still want to ride Disney attraction, you can virtually. There are lots of great YouTube videos that take you on the rides, which can also be helpful if you or your child doesn’t like surprises. All videos are HD quality too, so you truly feel like you are there.

Pirates of the Caribbean

This ride is a Disney classic! If you’re a big fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, you’ll love this ride. There are slightly different versions at different Disney parks as well. Check out this video, which is the ride at Magic Kingdom at Disney World.

It’s a Small World

This ride is another classic Disney adventure. This is a ride that is well-suited for any age as it is slower and doesn’t have any scary falls. It certainly is cute and the song is guaranteed to get stuck in your head.

Frozen Ever After

If you’re looking for a newer ride based on the popular movie Frozen, go through the Frozen Ever After ride at Epcot’s World Showcase. It is located in the Norway pavilion. This video shows the entire ride from the beginning to the very end at the gift shop.
