Drazba of the U.S. Army was killed in a helicopter crash near Saigon on February 18th, 1966.
2nd Lieutenant Elizabeth Ann Jones of the U.S. Army was flying with 2LT Drazba (mentioned above). Both were killed in the plane crash near Saigon.
Alexander of the U.S. Army was working in a hospital in Pleiku to help out during mass casualties from Dak To. However, her plane would crash on a return trip to Qui Nhon on November 30th, 1967.
Orlowski was on board with Capt. Alexander when their plane crashed on the return trip to Qui Nhon, as mentioned above.
