We previously reported that many Bed Bath & Beyond stores are closing. They are currently under new leadership and that will mean a lot of changes. One change, in particular, is to the popular 20% off coupons that you often see at the store, online, and probably even in your mailbox.
Bed Bath & Beyond’s new CEO Mark Tritton recently said they are analyzing where the “coupon has strength and where it has opportunities to be morphed into other opportunities.” He continued, “We know that the coupon is part of our heritage and our DNA, and we want to maintain that in our mix as part of our tools that we can reach out to customers with. But we do see that there’s an opportunity to readjust our value proposition directly with the customer.”
Changes are coming to Bed Bath & Beyond coupons
If you’re heading to a location very soon, don’t worry. The coupon won’t change immediately. However, as many stores are going out of business, the liquidation sales with begin. Generally, coupons are not allowed to be used during an out-of-business sale.

Bed Bath & Beyond also owns other stores such as buybuy Baby, Harmon Face Values, World Market, and Christmas Tree Shops. Many of these stores are closing around the country as well. If you have any coupons or gift cards at any location, it is best to use them sooner rather than later.
The store has also made changes to its return policies in the past few years, making it harder to return items and get your money back. Perhaps this means those beloved coupons are going away or will be harder to get!
